Request a Prepaid MasterCard® Card
A Prepaid MasterCard card is included in the price of the Premium and higher level accounts. This card allows you to spend money directly from your ProPay Account anywhere MasterCard Debit Cards are accepted! If you did not request a card during sign up or didn’t receive your card within 4 weeks after signing up, you may request a card at any time by following the instructions below.
- Log in to your ProPay Account online
- Roll your mouse over the “My Account” tab located in the green bar on the top of the page and click “Edit My Profile.”
- Click on “Change Options”
- Click the box requesting that a Prepaid MasterCard card be sent to you and click “submit.”
- The card will be mailed within 2-4 weeks.
