ProPay Payment Network

End-to-End Payment Processing

ProtectPay works with the MicroSecure Card Reader to create an end-to-end solution that provides security and simplicity from the beginning to the end of the transaction.  This leading-edge service helps clients achieve end-to-end security, thus minimizing their exposure to hackers and data thieves looking to steal their sensitive data.  With this end-to-end solution, customers’ data is stored and encrypted in ProPay’s system so clients can feel comfortable about not losing and exposing customers’ information.  All that clients have to worry about is securing the business; ProtectPay handles securing the data. 

API Integration

ProPay recognizes the importance of handling financial transactions in a secure manner and has implemented industry best practices for security of data transmission.  Some of these features are:

• Ensuring that data is always sent via a secure connection by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a protocol developed for the transmission of private documents and transactions over the Internet.
• SSL creates a secure connection between a client and a server, over which encrypted data is sent.
• Authenticating that the incoming data is from the correct source generating a unique Authentication Token which must be included in all API transactions.  This Authentication Token is like a username and password, and must remain confidential.
