ProPay Account holders may transfer money to other people who have ProPay Accounts by using the Transfer Funds to Another ProPay Account feature.

1. What is Transfer Funds to Another ProPay Account?

The Transfer Funds to Another ProPay Account feature allows you to transfer money from your ProPay Account to another person's ProPay Account.

To Transfer Funds to Another ProPay Account:

1. Log in to your ProPay Account.
2. Mouse over the Transfer Funds tab along the top of the page.
3. Select Transfer Funds to Another ProPay Account.
4. Enter the required information and click Submit.
5. Verify that the information is correct on the confirmation screen.
6. Click Submit.

The request has been sent when you receive the Success! message on the screen.

Be absolutely sure to enter the receiving e-mail address correctly. If it is not entered correctly, the transaction may be declined.

There is no fee charged for a Transfer Funds to Another ProPay Account transaction.

3. Can I cancel a Transfer Funds to Another ProPay Account?

Because it is a simple transfer from one ProPay Account to another and not a credit card transaction, you cannot cancel or dispute a Transfer Funds to Another ProPay Account transaction once the transfer has been executed.

Be absolutely sure to enter the receiving e-mail address correctly. If it is not entered correctly, the transaction may be declined.

4. Is there a limit to the amount I can transfer with a Transfer Funds to Another ProPay Account transaction?

No. You are only limited by the amount of money in your ProPay Account. You may transfer as much money as is in your ProPay Account.

5. What if I don't have enough funds in my ProPay Account?

You may transfer as much money as is in your ProPay Account. To add more money to your ProPay Account (so you can transfer more), use the Add Funds feature.

Or you may simply wish to have the recipient use his or her ProPay Account to process your credit card.

6. Can I use the Transfer Funds to Another ProPay Account feature to send money to a person who does not have a ProPay Account?

No. The recipient must have a ProPay Account to be able to receive the funds that you are transferring.
