Internet & Telephone Processing
Your ProPay Account allows you to process cards over the Internet or any touch-tone phone.
Processing cards over the Internet is quick and easy. Just enter the customer's card number, expiration date, and zip code. All of ProPay's features can be accessed over the Internet.
With ProPay's telephone system, you may use any touch-tone phone to charge a credit card, check your ProPay Account balance and send funds directly to your checking account...all over the phone!
Connect to your Mary Kay Personal Website
You can connect your ProPay Account to your Mary Kay Personal Website and accept credit cards online. Purchase balances are automatically deposited into your ProPay Account.
MK pink cashsm MasterCard
 By signing up for the Premium Account, ProPay will send you the MK pink cash sm MasterCard. It works just like a debit card and is tied to the funds in your ProPay Account. You can spend your ProPay funds anywhere MasterCard is accepted.
Pay for Mary Kay orders with your ProPay funds
Now when you place your Mary Kay product orders you will have the option of applying your ProPay funds toward your purchase.
No need to transfer your money
With the MK pink cashsm there's no need to transfer funds to a separate checking account. Instead, you can spend your funds anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Of course, if you still want to transfer your funds to a checking account you may do so or a small fee of $0.35 per transfer.
Access your money faster
With the ProPay Premium Account your funds will be available in under 24 hours after the transaction. Once the funds are available in your ProPay Account, you can spend them with the MK pink cashsm MasterCard or transfer them to any US checking account. You can literally charge a card today and use the funds tomorrow!
Low Processing Fees
The Premium Account has low processing fees of 2.69% + $0.30 per transaction. These fees are taken out of the total transaction amount. Non Mary Kay ProPay users pay 3.25% + .30 for the Premium Account.
Free Annual Tax Statement
With the ProPay Premium Account, you will receive an online annual tax statement to help you prepare your taxes, free of charge. If you would like to receive a printed taxstatement, ProPay can mail your annual tax statement for $14.95. In addition, ProPay stores the current month plus the previous 3 months of transactions online. If you would like to receive printed statements, ProPay can mail you a monthly statement for $2.50/month.
