Prepaid Mastercard® Tutorial
Viewing Your Reports
You can access your Prepaid Mastercard transactions report by logging
into your ProPay Account then selecting Card Transactions or by choosing the "View
Reports" tab at the top of the page. You may access reports for the current
month as well as the previous three months. The "Card Transactions" report
displays the following information on all transactions for the current month:
- Transaction date
- Transaction number (your first transaction will be #1 in your ProPay Account)
- Transaction type (a charge or ATM withdrawal)
- Merchant information
- Phone number of merchant*
- Location of merchant*
- Transaction amount
- Applicable fees, if any
- Amount taken out of your ProPay account balance
* This information may not be shown for all transactions.
